U-stamp fabrication shop
Millennium Works is one of the largest privately UK ASME Boiler Shops in the UK. Has the capacity to manage fabrications up to 10m in width, 50m in length and up to 400 tonnes in weight. The workshop is split into three bays:
■ Bay 1 - 92m x 22m, 3 x 10 tonne SWL overhead cranes and 1 x 25 tonne SWL overhead crane with height under hook 12m
■ Bay 2 - 92m x 22m, 3 x 10 tonne SWL overhead cranes, 1 x 5 tonne SWL overhead crane
■ Bay 3 - 60m x 20m, 2 x 10 tonne SWL overhead cranes
■ Yard - Extensive yard for goods, lay down, assembly areas/FAT.
Main plant and equipment:
■ CNC HD Plasma and multi-head gas profile cutting, max width 4.5m x 27metre length bed, 350mm max cut thickness
■ Plate Rolls capable of rolling 35mm thick x 3.1m width, up to 7m in diameter
■ 400te Press Brake.
Our CNC HD Plasma and gas flame profiling machine can cut profiles up to 4.5m wide, 27m long and 350mm thick.

Our Works is located within 500m of Queen Elizabeth Docks in Hull which provides an efficient and cost-effective means of direct loading and shipping our equipment worldwide:
